		<description><![CDATA[This week at SEAOC, Brad Lowe, Vice President of Hope Engineers gave a presentation on how to be successful early in a structural engineering career.  Brad talked about learning on the job, and how we “don’t know squat” after graduating from college. The upbeat, humorous, and informative lecture was enjoyed by all while eating lunch.

		<description><![CDATA[The Friday of dead week, SEAOC members migrated to Downtown Brew to enjoy the traditional end of the quarter party.
