Fall Meeting – Week 5

John Labib joined us this week as our speaker presenting different projects that his firm has worked on recently.  He discussed the business aspect of a job from beginning to end as well as the structural aspect of a job.  Mr. Labib was excited to share his experiences dealing with the architects and clients and how he was able to work out design or cost issues from a structural stand point.  Mr. Labib offered the students great insight into the design world and gave the students knowledge that can only be learned from experience outside of the classroom.
